“Our Pick” Pears by the Loomis Fruit Growers Association c. 1932

This authentic and original 1930’s colorful fruit label, “Our Pick” pears, was used by Loomis Fruit Growers Association, Growers Packers & Shippers in Loomis, California. The graphic shows a chicken pecking at a bowl of fruit. Some say the bowl of fruit showed scaring which meant this was for a second grade fruit. This red color label was to highlight a second grade quality to differentiate it from its blue first grade brand, the High Hand. Great for your kitchen.
